• Please help us spread the word to your families and mark the date on your calendars. Let’s make Picture Day a fabulous and memorable event by having our students dress their best, schedule haircuts and showcase their amazing personalities! We can’t wait to see those smiles shine! 📸😃

✅ Three weeks before Picture Day, the school will receive Picture Day flyers. Kindly distribute these flyers to your students one week before the big day. These flyers will include the style of pictures, date and an area for parents/guardians to add their contact information.

✅ Share the digital flyer on your parent chats, emails, and the school website.

✅ No need to worry! The Photo Guys will organize your school’s Picture Day schedule and share it with you for approval beforehand.

✅ Please ensure that the agreed-upon location is clear of any items to accommodate our equipment on Picture Day.

✅ Before heading to our cameras, please gather Picture Day flyers from students who have them. Remember to check backpacks beforehand.

✅ Line up students from shortest to tallest, with students wearing glasses at the back of the line.

✅ A member of The Photo Guys team will provide the teacher a stack of online code flyers for students to take home. Each online code flyer is SPECIFIC to each student. Please distribute according to the names on each online code flyer. This flyer will contain information on how to view and order the photos.

✅ Digital proofs will be sent to your families via email/text.

✅ Parents can utilize the online code provided on Picture Day flyers to conveniently view and order photos online.

✅ Ordering for free bulk delivery to the school will be available for 7 days after Picture Day.

✅ Please allow 3-4 weeks after Picture Day for bulk orders to be shipped to the school.

✅ Upon receiving the bulk orders, please ensure that the picture packages are distributed to the correct students according to the names on each package.

✅ Your child will bring home an online code flyer. These flyers will include the style of pictures, date and an area for parents/guardians to add their contact information to receive digital proofs fo your childs photos.

1. School Name / Venue
2. Student’s Name
3. Student’s Grade / Student’s Teacher / Student’s ID Number
4. Event (Fall Portraits, Spring Portraits, Sports, Class Group, Passion Portraits, etc)

Students will receive a personalized online code on Picture Day to bring home. This code links directly to their private online gallery and allows you to view all the images taken during that session. Don’t have the online code? No problem! Reach out to us and we will be happy to help!

No pre-orders! We deliver same day digital proofs via email/text! 😃 Our families can view, order and share amazing photos of their kids the same night as picture day. We give our families 7 days to order after picture day for free bulk delivery to their school or you can have it shipped to home (shipping rate applies)! Orders placed in the first seven (7) days after picture day will be delivered in bulk to the school for free. These orders will be addressed to the individual student. The school will determine the best way to distribute the orders to the students to take home. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for bulk orders to be delivered to the school after picture day.

After the first seven (7) days of receiving your proof gallery, all orders will be delivered to your home (shipping fees apply). Orders are printed and shipped exactly as ordered and as shown on your receipt. Please make sure you are fully satisfied with your order and that your address is entered correctly to receive your order in a timely manner. Please allow 7-10 business days for all shipped to home orders.

Digital Download are delivered to your email address provided at time of purchase. It will be sent as a zip file. This is a High-Resolution image and can be printed up to 16” x 20”. Name & Year Imprints can NOT be applied to your digital download. All digital downloads are delivered “as is”. Digital Download sales are final and can not be refunded or exchanged. If you need assistance downloading your image, please forward the email to info@thephotoguys.com . Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your Digital Download from time of purchase.

Order confirmations/receipts are sent to the email provided at the time you place the order. If you would like an update on your order, please forward your email confirmation to info@thephotoguys.org. This will help us locate your order quickly.

The first name will appear on photos as it is written in the school data. Unfortunately, we cannot alter the student’s name and will appear on the photos directly from the school’s data. There are several items we produce for the school that requires the legal name on file for the student. Name & Year Imprint is not available for all Digital Downloads and for several products.

• Standard Facial Blemish Retouch

The retouch applied to a single image will minimize facial blemishes and apply natural edits only. The Standard Retouch does not include stray hair removal, teeth whitening, scar, skin discoloration or stain removal.

• Glass Glare Removal

Glass glare removal is a process of reducing unwanted reflections. Please be aware that in some extreme cases the glass glare will be lessened but may not be completely removed

• Braces Removal

Brace removal on a single image is a digital editing process to eliminate the appearance of braces from a person’s teeth.

• Teeth Whitening

A process that will make teeth appear whiter and brighter. Will not remove food from teeth, braces, lips or around mouth.

All staff and students will have the opportunity to have a professional headshot taken. This image will be utilized for the yearbook, student badges (where applicable), and SIS (Student Information Systems). The background will be predetermined by the school before Picture Day. However, different background options will be available for your purchase.

For Fall Pictures ONLY, we schedule a Make-Up Picture Day at each school. If you missed both Fall Picture Day and Make-Up Picture Day, you may reserve an In-Studio Session for a fee (Must be made prior to yearbook deadline).

Don’t miss out on another chance to capture your Fall Portrait at your school! If you missed Fall Portrait Day or if you’re unsatisfied with your original portrait, you’re eligible for Make-Up Picture Day. Simply print and complete the Make-Up Day flyer, which will be shared by the school before Picture Day. Physical flyers will also be accessible at the school front office. This opportunity is exclusive to each school during Fall Portraits Only!

Spring Portraits offer a fun opportunity to express your child’s personality. This voluntary picture day takes place on the school premises. To participate, simply complete and submit a Spring Picture Day flyer, which will be distributed by the school prior to picture Day. You’ll have a range of fantastic graphic backgrounds to select from, and our skilled photographers will incorporate props where appropriate. Please note that there won’t be a Make-Up Picture Day for Spring Portraits. However, if you miss the Spring Picture Day, you may reserve an In-Studio Session for a fee.

Sports play a significant role in the overall school experience, both on and off the field. Our team of expert photographers provides comprehensive individual and team photography services for all sports. • Individual Pictures

 Meet with The Photo Guys

Capture the significant milestones of senior year with professional portraits that beautifully portray your senior’s journey and individuality. Whether it’s for yearbook memories or graduation keepsakes, The Photo Guys’ skilled photographers are dedicated to authentically capturing seniors at their finest. We will provide Tux & Drape, Cap & Gown, and any additional props needed. Please check if the school requires Senior Portraits for their students. If you missed Senior Portraits, then you may reserve an In-Studio appointment for a fee.

Passion Portraits offer elementary and middle school students an excellent opportunity to display their unique personalities. Specifically designed for 5th and/or 8th grade students, who are often considered the “seniors” of their schools, Passion Portraits are available for schools that choose to participate in this program.

Students can bring their own props or select from our collection to showcase their interests and passions. Additionally, they have the option to provide a quote related to their passion, which will be incorporated into their portrait. Many schools opt to feature these portraits in their yearbooks.

When submitting a quote, please ensure it is free of grammatical and spelling errors and aligns with your school’s guidelines.

If you miss the Passion Picture Day, you may reserve an In-Studio Session for a fee (Must be made prior to yearbook deadline).

Tailored for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 5th, and/or 8th grade students, The Photo Guys are here to assist you in immortalizing your achievements! Cap and gown attire will be provided during the picture day at school. Please note that there is no scheduled Make-Up Picture Day for celebration pictures at school. However, if you missed Celebration Picture Day, you have the option to reserve an In-Studio appointment for a fee.

Showcase the talent and dedication of your student performers, artists, and musicians to define your school’s vibrant arts culture.

This encompasses Class Group, Grade Level Formation, Music, Clubs, and Sports Group Pictures. The school determines the location and background for these group photos. Our trained photographers carefully select the group photos. Print orders will include a graphic border specifically designed for each school. Please note that Make-Up Pictures for any Group Photos are not available. Additionally, if picture day is missed, we cannot digitally add a person to the group photo. Group Photos are exclusively available for purchase as print product and cannot be purchased digitally.
